Advanced Surface Technology Solutions
Powerbone Dental Implant provides the most natural fit to the bone structure with its solutions designed using advanced surface technology.

Surface Features
The special surface features of Powerbone Dental Implant support rapid bone integration and ensure long-term stability, promoting a natural healing process.
Optimal Roughness
The sandblasting and etching processes applied to the implant surface enable the adhesion of fibrin tissue. This adhesion facilitates reaching optimal roughness values that significantly reduce the osteointegration process.
Contact Angle
Plasma energy density provides more advanced surface activations and reduces the wetting angle of the surface. This allows for more hydrophilic surfaces to be obtained by reducing the contact angle.
Plasma Treatment
Powerbone dental implants are cleaned with Cold Plasma after surface treatment to minimize carbon contamination. Cold Plasma treatment transforms dental implants into surfaces with low surface tension and increased hydrophilic properties.
SLA Active Surface
In addition to traditional sandblasting and etching processes applied to the dental implant surface, the SLA active surface undergoes plasma treatment, significantly enhancing surface activation. Compared to the SLA surface, the SLA active surface becomes rougher and more hydrophilic, which greatly accelerates the osteointegration process.
Storage in Saline Solution
After plasma treatment, the implant is stored in saline solution to maintain surface activation. Once removed from the solution, the chemical activity of the SLA Active surface is preserved for 15 minutes.
